Trip to Acámbaro, Guanajuato: hotels, what to visit and photos

Acámbaro is one of the 46 municipalities in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. It’s located at southeast of that state, it’s about 1884 meters high. You can watch Acámbaro from satellite or a map using Google Maps.
Its limits are Tarimoro and Jerécuaro in the north, Michoacán in the south, Tarandacuaoin the east and Salvatierrain the west.
Its territorial extension is 939 km2. Talking about the zone, the terrain of Acámbaro is a a mountain zone, formed by a some important mountains such as “los Agustinos”.
The most important rivers of Acámbaro are río Lerma and it tributaries, there are also another tiny rivers like El Oyamel, Sanguijuela, Nacional, Tarandacuao, La Luna, San José Cahuaro, San Antonio, Rancho Viejo y El Tigre.
An important fact, for the people who will travel to Acámbaro, is that it has a lot of historical places to visit, and also hot springs.
The climate is commonly humid subtropical, but some days and in some parts of that place the climate is oceanic climate. The warmest temperature is about 35°C in the month of may and june and the lowest temperature is about 5°C during the month of february.
